At NatureBest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been opened or used.

We will accept returns only if:

 

  • The product is faulty or damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is unopened and in original condition

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

 

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging
